CHAPTER 9: Boating Education Practices

9.1 CONTINUING EDUCATION

In the state of North Carolina anyone between the age of 14 and 16 years of age who completes a NASBLA approved Boating Education Course must carry a certification card and proof of age in order to operate a personal watercraft on the waters of this state.
