We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website, and any service or material that we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS

(a) You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy.

5. Misprints, Errors & Changes

BOATERexam.com aims to provide current and accurate information on the Website. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. BOATERexam.com cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the website will be available when ordered or thereafter.

BOATERexam.com reserves the right to: (a) correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) change at any time the products and services advertised or made available for sale on the Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services, any promotional offers and any other Website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (c) reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason and (d) limit quantities available for sale or sold.

6. Course Availability and Non-Refundable Fees

Pay-up-front courses must be completed within 90 days of payment at which time your access to the course will expire. Course and Card Fees are non-refundable. If a pay-up-front course is not successfully completed within 90 days of payment or you fail to satisfy any other requirements necessary for BOATERexam.com to submit your Card Fee to the applicable State agency, any Course and Card Fees will be forfeited and BOATERexam.com will be under no obligation to refund or pay the Card Fees to the applicable State agency or any other person. If you fail to successfully complete the course within the 90-day period and would like to re-register, you will need to pay additional Course and Card Fees.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
