Arizona GFD-Approved Boating Safety Course
Before launching the Online boating safety course the BoaterExam team worked in conjunction with the Arizona Game and Fish Department
to ensure that all the information in the course is as accurate as possible and will thoroughly prepare students for the Arizona Boating License Test.
The online course contains numerous state-specific sections that highlight Arizona's boating laws, rules and regulations. These sections are highlighted in blue boxes throughout the online boating safety study guide, so watch for them!
The final boating safety exam will have a minimum of 15 Arizona-specific test questions that relate to these sections.
Completing the online boating safety course will allow you to obtain your Arizona Boating Safety Education Certificate.
(often mistakenly called the Arizona Boating License).
Boating License or Boating Safety Education Certificate... is there a difference?
The boating safety education certificate is proof that you have successfully completed a boating safety course. The certificate does not expire and does not need to be renewed. Therefore, it is NOT a Arizona Boating License!
