CHAPTER 9: Boating Education Practices

9.1 IN NORTH DAKOTA

All persons who are between the ages of 12 through 15 years wishing to operate motor-powered vessels over 10 hp (including personal watercraft) without adult supervision may only do so if they have taken and successfully completed a Department approved safe boating course.
