Who needs to take the Wisconsin boaters safety course?

All boaters born on or after January 1, 1989 must have a Wisconsin Boating Safety Certificate to operate any motorized watercraft.® is a delegated provider for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Replacement Wisconsin Boating Safety Certificate

If your Wisconsin Boating Safety Certificate is lost or damaged you can obtain a replacement certificate from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. You can order a replacement card by following these steps:
